Requirements for complaint:

Bidder or other interested party (the term "other interested party" refers to the bidder, the tenderer, the user of the project, the potential bidder of the goods or services of the project, and the person in charge of the project of the bidder。) Provide a complaint which includes:

1.The name, address and valid contact details of the complainant;

2.The name, address and valid contact information of the respondent;

3.The underlying facts of the complaint;

4.Related requests and claims;

5.Valid clues and relevant supporting materials。  

Complaint handling process:

After receiving the complaint, the administrative supervision department shall review it within three working days and make the following handling decisions according to the circumstances。

If it does not meet the conditions for handling the complaint, it shall decide not to accept the complaint, and inform the complainant in writing of the reasons for the rejection。

For those who meet the conditions for handling the complaint and decide to accept it, the date of receipt of the complaint shall be formally accepted.Make a written decision within 30 working days;The time required for inspection, testing, appraisal and expert review shall not be counted。
