Original bidding announcement Bidder qualification requirements (Section 1) :

3.1.2.1Design qualification: The bidder shall have Grade B or above qualification of engineering design in agriculture and forestry industry (agricultural comprehensive development ecological engineering) and Grade B or above qualification of surveying and mapping (engineering surveying);

3.1.3.1 The person in charge of the proposed design (if bidding for the consortium, appointed by the unit responsible for the design work in the consortium) : must have the intermediate professional title or above in the relevant profession (surveying and mapping, agriculture and forestry).The employee shall provide the labor contract and social security certificate (the social security certificate issued by the human and social security department in the past three months shall be provided, and the newly hired person shall be counted from the date of employment);
